Thalassa in Greek mythology known as the primeval spirit of the sea was more like a dream come true for Mariketty Grana who wished she could give India a taste of authentic Greek food. Food is something she was fascinated with since childhood as her father ran a restaurant in Corfu. A trained chef, she brings in her family recipes to serve the best of Greek food and she does not compromise on the ingredients used either.
