Tongue & Groove
Tongue & groove is a method of fitting similar objects together, edge to edge concealing the effect of wood shrinkage minimizing the use of nails. The snug interlocking of this will ensure your wooden home stays strong and secure for years to come.
Kiln Dried Wood
Kiln-dried wood is wood that has been dried in an oven (kiln). With a kiln, you can control the environment such as temperature, humidity, and steam levels for a set period of time. This allows you to dry wood to the desired moisture content faster than air-drying.
Pest-Treated Wood
The wood we use is further dried by steam in order to reduce the moisture level, and is thermally-modified to save your wooden house from termites. This wood is less susceptible to decay and is much more dimensionally stable.

The construction of my house Jessie began in October last year and was completed by January 2025. Your team consistently addressed every concern, often going beyond expectations.
